Do not make use of Trip Monster........It will be the Monster of your trip!!!!!

We tried to contact the ONLY contact available via email on their site and it says "we have not found any reservations with this email address. Please make sure you use the same email address you used when making the reservation." We couldn't change my brother's ticket, no contact detail at all.
