Poor service

Trio properties rent my house Arcadia 2 Irene Park Klerksdorp to a Me C Brits. It is now for 2 years I struggle to get my rent on time. And since last year they were behind with the Water and Electricity account. When I phone Trio the lady Jeanmari told me they sort it out and it is a fault from the municipality . During February I phone again Trio because I receive a call from Matlosana told me the account is arrear R14 000 Then I phone the same lady she told me the account is up to date on zero But on 29 March I receive a call again they told me the water and elitricity bill is outstanding R13 476 Principal of Trio can you see that this account will be paid up to dat ask agent fee every month . for you to see that every thing is right
