Poor sevice

On the 22December I phone Trio for my rental income not been paid in Then the lady told me she will do the payment immediately Today I receive a message that they will do the payment on the 28 Dec And that the rental money is paid in at Trio Klerksdorp Somebody is not telling the truth If the contract say the money must be paid in at 20th of each month they must pay the rental I struggle now the hole year with Trio Klerksdorp I am the client and not very happy with your service Trio ***
