Poor service and attitude at TRIO PROPERTIES Klerksdorp

We have rented at the above mentioned agency. The take very long to respond to any emails. When we moved out we received our municipal bills one time. They have not send it to us every month like they are saying. We have never missed a payment for our rent. When i phoned the lady immediately had an attitude with me regarding this matter and said she is not working with children and put the phone down on my ear. We have never received any copy of the contract, i had to do my own inspection and i had to drive to the previous renters to collect my key they did not do effort to collect the key and bring it to me like it was said it would be done. They refuse to talk to me on the phone and only through email at this stage.
