Trio Properties are the worst to deal with. As black people we try to acquire land and properties and land to improve our lives but having to deal with companies like Trio really makes it an unpleasant experience. I pay levies for the sectional unit (Hurter Court) religiously but each time I need them to do something for me it's like they are doing me a favour. I am not living in the unit and the amount of calls and e-mails following up on things with them is enough to hire someone more competent. I am really not impressed and I guess I have myself to blame because they were like that from the start when I was buying the unit :-(
