Bad Service

I have complained several times by this agent that there are certain things that have to be fixed in this house she kept on telling me that she will get to it since 2015 December when we moved in till now. While we were renting where we stay now now we have been looking for a house to buy from different agents. We then got something from the same agency where we renting from just a different agent and we signed the application forms. Few days after that my husband received a call from the agent we renting from yelling and shouting that we dissapointed her and she gave us the best service. That's the exact mo emt where her attitude and service towards us changed. There was a time we smsed her and call her several times to send us the renewal of our contract till today she hasn't send it to us yet. I went to her office and asked her what was going on she told me that she is busy she will send the contract when she has time and when she is not busy and she cannot say when with an attitude. Few days back they broke in by our place because of the doors that doesn't lock propely which I told her off.
