Trinity Protection Services - a Disgrace to protection

Yesterday at around 4:30pm at Sunward Park Village, one of your reaction officers have done the following:

1. Assaulted my wife 2. Failed to produce ID and/or identify themselves as required by PSIRA 3. Damaged my vehicle by forcibly removing the car keys out of the ignition 4. Attempted theft – as he then drove away with the car keys. 5. Upon asking for a supervisor, we were tole there was none or none available. 6. In the evening I went to the control centre and asked for the RO details as I would like to place a case of assault, ************ and damage to property with the SAPS. 7. No one wanted to assist us and eventually a gentleman came out and said we must go back to sunward park village to meet the supervisor and chairman of SP Village where I could get the footage. 8. When I got there, the chairman said he was “busy” and is not interested in helping us. 9. We never got the video footage 10. The “supervisor” failed to identify himself or produce his PSIRA ID (as required) 11. I was told I am not allowed to view the incident report.

This is one big cover up. And a disgrace. Two women alone in a vehicle attacked and detained by YOUR staff. And then are told to return to the same people to get the evidence. And then are told no you cannot have it.
