****ed Paying Client

My house was broken into and their response team came and said the was nothing wrong after checking the premises. They are not telling that I cannot cancel my contract until it ends. They are not even providing the service I am requesting how the hell should I continue paying them. If you are with them do yourself a favor and move soon. I am the one now who has to call them following up. It's been 2 days they have not called me to update what really happened. My TV is gone and my window is damaged and they responded after 15 mins.
