Extremely disappointing customer service and no communication

I ordered an anniversary gift from Trinity & Co, and the delivery is now well past the expected delivery timeframe.

I have repeatedly tried to get an update by emailing their support address, as well as contacting the company directly, but I have received no response whatsoever.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I live in the Cape, while the business is based in Stellenbosch. This is not an international order or something that should be difficult to follow up on.

I sent another two emails on Monday and, as of today, I am still waiting for a response. Not even a basic acknowledgement or update has been provided.

This was meant to be a special anniversary gift, and the complete lack of communication has made what should have been a positive experience extremely stressful and disappointing.

I am posting this review in the hope that someone from Trinity & Co will finally see it and contact me regarding my order and its delivery status.

Trinity & Co, please respond and provide me with an update on my order. ORDER:#TC1204
