Absolutely no correspondence!!! Bad bad bad experience. I almost think i am ****med

Extremely disappointing customer service and no communication.

I ordered a birthday gift from Trinity & Co, and the delivery is now well past the expected delivery timeframe. 9 DAYS !!!! No reply on emails !!! No update on my order status

I have repeatedly tried to get an update by emailing their support address, No contact numbers on their website which allow me to phone them, but I have received no response whatsoever.

I sent another two emails on Monday and, as of today, I am still waiting for a response. Not even a basic acknowledgement or update has been provided.

This was meant to be a special anniversary gift, and the complete lack of communication has made what should have been a positive experience extremely stressful and disappointing.

I am posting this review in the hope that someone from Trinity & Co will finally see it and contact me regarding my order and its delivery status.

Trinity & Co, please respond and provide me with an update on my order. #TC1284

BECAUSE I STILL HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY ORDER WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR.

At this stage I really just want a refund.
