Trimtech trimmer

I bought electric Trimtech trimmer one day it started smoking then when I returned it they say I used the trimmer without guard. I don't know how possible is that. Its a nonsense machine its not a brand to buy. The service was poor also. Go for other brands if you need trimmer.
