Trimtech should be renamed to "Trimkrep" the worst in garden equipment.

<p>I purchased a Trimtech ****eater in January at Builders Warehous in Boksburg.</p> <p>From day 1 the automatic cord feeder system didnt work properly.</p> <p>The cord wouldnt feed by itself when bumped gently on the ground. I rewound the cord a little tighter on the ****l but this had no effect.</p> <p>I rewound the cord less tighter on the ****l this too had no effect.</p> <p>Pretty soon the platic cap at the bottom broke even though I was careful not to bash the machine into the ground too hard. You can be sure I felt like doing it though.</p> <p>After eplacing the cap I still had the same problem with the auto feeder.</p> <p>I removed this and modified it slightly and then it worked a bit better .</p> <p>Last week 2 May 17 the machine wouldn't work at all. since I couldnt find the reciept I couldnt return it under guarantee. I opened it up andm there was a wire that had broken free from the brush holder.</p> <p>I soldered it back together and now the motor runs again. the problem is I still cant get the auto feeder to feed cord properly.</p> <p>This is the worst garden tool Ive ever had the misfortune to have worked with and would never waste my money on anything from Trim Tech again. I think Ill give this thing to someone I dont like and buy something decent.</p> <p>B Carlow D 2000 cc</p>
