Trimtech poor quality product

a plastic ring at the bottom on mine broke twice in the last few months. Two Builders Warehouse stores (where I bought it from) don't have that part in stock. If you closely look at that plastic ring (cap) you can see why it breaks so easily - it is very flimsy.
