TrimTech poor after sales service No Parts

worst after sales service ever!!! will never buy a Trimtech product again. Builders and others should be ashamed for selling this product! I have bought a chainsaw and the brushes (a consumable) are now worn out (simple process to replace on any electric tool and relatively cheap). Mr Morrison from Tandem distrbutors for TrimTech tells me they (Tandem) do not supply brushes as they have decided by the time the brushes are finished the product needs a replacement motor anyway!!? so the motor's life span is measured by the life span of a pair of brushes! If this is the view of Tandem (Trimtech's main distributor) senior manager it tells you the trust they have in their own products! The salesman (Ace I think) told me this and with my disbelief I had to speak to the manager - same ridiculous story! be warned! not a quality product with NO after sales service. imagine you have to buy a new motor for your car everytime the sparkplugs are finished? ridiculous!
