Trimtech grass cutter's head cracked and apparently it's my fault

I bought a Trimtech grass cutter at game west gate. About 5 days later I assembled it and used it. The head cracked and I took it back to game, were they took it and said they'll take it to trimtech. The lady at game said they'll probably say it's not a mechanical fault (this should have been a sign that it's their motto). The technician called me today and they said they only fix the motor and since the machine still works I must continue using it. They (Refilwe from Trimtech) said they can't give me back my money or a new machine cos they would be giving the impression that clients can brake stuff amd return it (she then said I broke it and so they can't take it back) . How do I break something after using it just ONCE and that's less than 7days old. If you buy any trimtech machine just KNOW that should it break its deemed as customer negligence and they don't fix such. Doesn't matter if it's brand new or not. This means they don't take responsibility for something they are selling to you. I was gonna buy the machine (lawnmower) next month but this experience made me realise Trimtech is a useless brand to buy from as they dont take responsibility of their own products, they are just happy taking your money. You've been warned. What's interesting is that on Game's website it's written product can be returned, yet my machine can't be taken back. I would understand If I said I just want my money, but I specified that Im willing to exchange it for another one. On the Game's website I wrote a review and I just got an email that said my review won't be published, as it doesn't meet their requirements. I guess I should have written a positive review to be published
