Still the same problem

My Trimtech was send to you in the week of 15 January 2015 with the problem that it over heates and that we must wait more than a hour for it to work again.It comes back from Trimtech with the same problem. I was told by Makro that the lawn mower was working to hard and that it also needs to rest. Now i wonder was there worked on my lawn mower.
