Sean Ready - Trimtech

I bought a Trimtech 900W egde trimmer and it did not last though the warrantee. Then I bought a 650 W trimmer which lasted 2 days and then just started feeding trimming line continuously. I waisted two full rolls of trimming line to try and see where the problem was. I went to our local Mica shop in Springs to buy a new head for the trimmer to see if I could so fix the problem. I was told that I must buy the correct head for the 650W trimmer but they could not tell me which was the one to buy. They also did not want to find out. so, No starts for Mica in Springs. I then phoned the manufacturers of Trimtech and spoke to Sean Ready. After a really heated conversation with him he arranged for me to get a replacement edge trimmer. So far it seems to be working fine. So, I would give 10 stars to Sean Ready at Tandem Lawn Industries. The best service I've had in a very long time.
