Deducting money but ignore all your emails

I have listen to an video from this club. Was very impress. Paid the money and had one of the other bad experience. I ask them to resend the item I have to down load nothing happened. I ask them to change my email address to allow me to get their info and advise - nothing happened. I ask them to cancel my account with them in Feb already - nothing happened. I seems the if you ask them to do something - nothing happens. But they are very quick to deduct their money via pay pal on a monthly basis from your account.
