Trilogy tracking problems

Trilogy tracking,owners from Durban who run a tracking company in Johannesburg are the most unprofessional and unhonest so called called business people ever. I had used them twice to retrieve my vehicle from unpaying clients as I run a vehicle hire business. They guaranteed me twice that they will recover my vehicles but have failed twice and the only thing they care for is there payments. After 5pm all there phones are switched off so if your vehicle is being tracked by STARTRACK GROUP HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD T/A TRILOGY TRACKING, you will lose your vehicle in a case of theft or hijacking so beware of these guys.
