Any claims by the business that they "have no record of this client" are demonstrably false. Review Details: In January 2024, I contracted this team to build an e-commerce site for 500 products. Despite paying a 60% upfront deposit, the project was a disaster from start to finish: Extreme Delays: A two-month project dragged on until September 2024, with only 130 products uploaded. Hidden Costs: They retroactively claimed that "product variations" counted toward the total count—a detail never mentioned in the original quote. Holding Assets Hostage: They demanded the full balance before handing over ownership, despite the work being incomplete. Total System Failure: By January 2025, the website crashed entirely. An independent audit by a new developer revealed critical SEO failures, broken email integrations, and a checkout process that made it nearly impossible for customers to buy anything. Dishonest Business Practices: When I originally posted this feedback on other platforms, the company responded by claiming I was never a client and my reviews were subsequently removed.
