Unfulfilled Promises, Delays, and Deleted Reviews

In January 2024, we hired this company to develop an e-commerce website with 500 products, paying a 60% deposit upfront. The project was expected to be completed in two months.

By September 2024, only 130 products had been uploaded. We were then told that product variations counted toward the total—something not stated in the original quote. Despite repeated delays, we were asked to pay the full balance before receiving ownership. Upon reviewing our communication, it was clear the project could not be completed as initially promised.

In January 2025, the website crashed. Our new developer discovered missing key integrations, ineffective SEO, incomplete email systems, and a poor user experience that made purchasing difficult. Ultimately, we had to rebuild our entire website from scratch.

We originally posted this review on Trigger Digital Marketing’s Google page and Facebook page. They responded by claiming they had never done any work for our company. However, this morning, all our reviews were removed. We don’t know how they were taken down, but we want to be clear: Do not waste your time and money!
