No help at all!

If you scroll down, you can see that they always say something like "I am sorry to hear that, please contact me at the office so that I can have a look" but they actually do not care. They do not even say a name or something so you do not even get contact details of the person that writes here. Last time I asked for contact details but I did not get an answer. Now there is the situation AGAIN where they do not help and I am here helpless. I paid so much money and got nothing for it because they do not stick to the contract.

People, stay away from such a company or you will have to contact a lawyer. You will only lose money.
