No certificate months after completing the course.

I completed the Advanced Sports Conditioning Coaching course in November 2024. I still haven't received my certificate after numerous emails and phone calls to the course director. The excuses and reasons I eventually received was less than professional or acceptable. Five months after completion I was told that my projects was incomplete, yet every single project was completed and submitted within the course specifications. I have come to accept that this was thousands of rands and 15 months of my time and effort wasted. None of the "Why study with Trifocus" as advertised met the outcome. Their online platform is highly outdated and the so-called "feedback" is none existent.
