Lack of feedback and support

After submission of PT Assessment Marilie emailed me saying marking would take 60 days. This was beginning of August. Since then there has been no communication regarding the grading of my Assessment, I have emailed multiple times with no response. They pride themselves on student support, but fail to follow through on their selling points. Please Trifocus, your course cost money and valuable time to complete.
