Horrible student support/irrelevant study material

There is almost NO student support or communication. One day (11:00) I had to call Trifocus to get documents for my VISA. When the person answered the phone I could hear that he had just woken up from sleeping. Some of the content is outdated and irrelevant. It takes extremely long to receive your certificate.
