Can’t reply to my email, yet they SPAM me daily..

I emailed for assistance on the 24th, today is the 6th and I have heard no response. It wouldn’t matter to me - expect for the fact that they SPAM EMAIL ME EVERY DAY.

Surely customer service / support should be just as important as advertising.

Pretty disappointing and this is not my first disappointment with this company.
