Bad service

I am very unhappy with the service at trifocus in 2017 I specifically asked my assessor if I could do a voice over for my video she gave me a definite yes, now that I have handed in all my work she changes the story and says absolutely no voice overs... In other assessments there are problems now too with how I did the work, I worked so hard on these assessments what made it harder was not all the information are in the text books Now she wants me to do it over again which is even harder now as i have a full time job.. This is unacceptable service I have stayed in communication all through the course and now that all my work is handed in she changes the expected outcome of projects.
