Absolute disappointment

I recently completed my course work at Trifocus. There lack of service has resulted in me being unable to receive my qualification.

Firstly, the online student support. When signing up, they tell you about their "amazing" online student support forum where they answer any and all questions you might have about your work. They respond - but they do not answer your questions. After asking about the layout and content of the biggest assignment (the 12 week training program for a personal training client) SIX times without my questions being answered, they send the instructions with examples AFTER you have submitted your assignment. With less than 12 weeks left before my course expires there is no way for me to redo it honestly. Same situation with the research assignment, which you have to obtain a very high mark for in order to qualify. The instructions you get with the course is just the topic choices and a bunch of vague headings that have to be included in the assignment. After submitting, they send you the actual instructions and examples of the referencing style, stating 'this is what it was supposed to be like'. When signing up, you have to send in a copy of your ID, matric results and a signed registration form. Upon completion of my course, I was informed that they do not have any of the above of mine because they "don't have the same computer they had when I signed up". The spelling throughout the entire course work is HORRIFYING. Something as simple as deltoids, the group of main shoulder muscles is not spelled correctly once. This is an institution that is supposed to give you an education for an internationally recognised qualification, but they can't keep your records for the duration of the course, can't spell, can't assist their students with BASIC questions and can't even give instructions for an assignment prior to the assignment. Yes, Trifocus is better priced than other fitness academies, but you are definitely losing out on a lot. I was lucky enough to be very close to a student from ETA and the two just can not compare. Quality of course work, assistance for the students, relevancy of assignments. Do not waste your time, spend the extra few and get a proper qualification. Trifocus has been an absolute waste of time and money.
