Bad service

I have had a problem with my sliding door and it was fixed and i was promised 6 months guarantee but now its been 3 weeks since i had a problem trying to contact them to get it fixed but no joy,The guy would pick up the phone and said he will send his guys but at the end of it no one comes i have keep calling no one picks the phone on Trideniel Aluminium & Glass Phone: +27 82 ********** i have paid R850 for the service that was promised with 6 months gurantee

Please help me out
