Terrible customer service!!

Phone for a Unit a week and a half<br> Got no response after saying we can view the Place & i will send you all the documents and information <br> Today she said she will show us at 14:00 never sent the address NEVER picked up her phone <br> At 16:00 we phoned waiting for a response the place was taken!!!<br>
