Tribuo fund a ****?

My review is not about a company or poor service delivery, but I would like to warn potential donors about my experience donating to the Tribuo fund which was established to help struggling artists during this difficult times. After watching Karen Meiring on Kwela promoting this initiative and CLEARLY stating that donors will receive a 18A Tax certificate, I decided to donate in my financial terms, a substantial amount to them. I duly sent an email and also submitted a request on their website to issue me the mentioned tax certificate. After 5 months, they still haven't responded to my mails or issued me with the certificate. This really begs the question: is this fund and company above board and are they in good standing with SARS? Beware before donating your hard earned cash to Tribuo and rather donate where you know a 18 A will be issued.
