Terrible service

I bought a plugin for woocommerce on Wordpress, afterwhich I am told clashes with Woocommerce and thus I need to deactivate Woocommerce and only use that plugin. The plugin serves as a gateway to other plugin extensions that I required. The shopping cart plugin however had basic structural issues that I struggled with for days. The technical assistance usually responds after 2 to 3 days. Thus I missed the 7 day refund window by the time they noted the problems. When I had no reply after 5 working days, I decided to deactivate the plugin and cut my losses which was around R800. I requested a refund, but it was disapproved because they were going to do some further development for one of the extensions. However, after almost a month after I have paid, I haven't seen or heard anything concrete about that development. I would not recommend this company as the software/product is substandard and the service is very bad.
