Worst experience EVER !!!

The toilets were dirty,luckily there was disinfected spray in the 1 toilet so I was able to wipe the seat before using it.There was tissue paper lying on the floors and it smelled horrific.Our bread rolls which they serve complementary was served and it was not even hot,we then had Prawn and Avo ****tails,I noticed my plate had a chip on the side,We ate our prawns and it had a very strange texture and left a bad taste in ones mouth,we took the sauce off which is served with it and saw that the Prawn WAS NOT COOKED! How on earth can you serve that,we called Victor over he was apologetic.We understood as we come from the hospitality industry and my boyfriend is a qualified chef and has worked along with other well known chefs.We then ordered Prime Cut Steaks,as Rib eye was out of stock.I ordered MediumRare my steak was Medium,my boyfriend ordered Medium and it was Welldone,it was probably the toughest steak that we have ever eaten,I bet Spur would have served a better steak.We sent our food back as we refused to get that quality from a steak house.We are well known among the staff as we eat there often,it was truly a sad experience as we know what the standard of Tribes is ment to b
