The Lost tribe

We popped into Tribes to enjoy a meal. Were asked to wait in the bar area for 15minutes which we did and were then called to a table, We had ordered a bottle of wine whilst we were waiting. The barman brought the wine which was not what we ordered- I also realise now that the wine was already opened- they agreed to charge the price of the wine we had ordered- only a R20 difference. We then waited for service and none appeared. After 30 minutes I queried with the manager who promised we would be looked after asap. After no service for a further 15 minutes- i got up and left to the restaurant next door- and advised them to send the wine bill across to me, Which they promptly did within 5 minutes- so I paid for the wine- without a tip. The manager had promised a follow up apology which we are still waiting for. Won't be going back there again
