Terrible experience

I made reservations and i paid R210,only reference I received on the sms i had to call in for a code while was waiting on the security gate,when i got in we got lost when i called in to assist with directions because was stucked on the boom gate they couldn’t assist me they said i called a wrong number but was still using the same number i got the code from i had a terrible experience couldn’t get assistance i had to drive back en go else where for my lunch date .i requested to get my refund their system doesn’t allow me and no one is replying on several emails i sent😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
