Set menu - NO STOCK

My Company Booked and paid a deposit for a SET Menu 29 September 2015 for our companies Xmas Function, We Paid a further 20k on the day to ensure that we don't have issues with regards to payment.<br> We get to the restaurant and more than half the tables are full so they were not at all busy. We booked and paid for a SET MENU!!!!! They didn't have half the ****tails on the menu or half the SET MENU that we booked and paid for... Tribes had known for 2 and half months on how many people will be attending our function.<br> We had to pay FULL price for everything even though they had NO STOCK of CHICKEN that 3 people ordered!!!!!! that was just the chicken that was our of stock. Starters also our of stock. and deserts out of stock! Full Gratuity. They I get asked did we complain on the day!!!!! REALLY LADY!!! of course we complained and all we got so terribly sorry there is nothing we can do!<br> How does a restaurant know they are catering for more that 50 people on a set menu and they don't have stock.<br> Pathetic and totally lack of service or interest!!! <br> amazing how they still in business! Please people Spread the word!
