Bad Service @ Tribes Restaurant

I would like to share my disappointment in the service I received at Tribes Restaurant Emperors Palace, I have never had of such, the managers were not helpful at all, the service is terrible. I have to beg for good service as if they doing me a favor. Never going there again.
