waitress forgot our order

<p>My fiance and I decided to visit Tribeca at the Mall of Africa lasnight to enjoy some dinner and their delicious milkshakes. Our drinks orders were taken at about 7pm as we asked the waitress to come back for the meal. The drinks arrived at about 710 and we then gave the waitress Nicolette our order which i noticed she did not write down. I had ordered a prawn starter as my main and fiance ordered a chicken pizza . As the order was quite small we did not think it would take that long. At about 720 the waitress popped by to say the pizza is on its way. ten minutes later still nothing and i asked again and then when she said its coming out of the oven now. We saw it come out and then the guy who made the pizza tried several times to flag her down to let her know however to no avail. I eventually went and picked up the pizza myself . This was going onto 740. She then come back with garlic and cheese for my starter but still no sigh of it. She then takes a walk and come back and says she forgot our order. This was highly dissapointing and at this point I was highly irritated and hungry as ive been waiting for ages. The pizza was substandard for the price that was paid . I asked her at that point for the bill and then to call the manager. She took almost 5 minutes to call the manager as she was explaining what had happened. The manager then came over and apologised but did not offer anything for the mishap . Unfortunatley we will not be returning to eat there ever again as the this incident has put us completley off something whihc we used to love so much!</p>
