On 8/12/2020, I bought a Health Scanning Machine for R3500 on this company's website. On the website, it says you get free delivery for orders above R700, but I was charged for delivery anyway. On 15/12/2020, delivery was made, only to realize that it was a skirt and top after I had signed for the order and the courier guy had left. I phoned the courier guy and he told me to phone the company. I phoned and send photos of the items delivered via WhatsApp. I was told that there must have been a mix-up of the orders and I understood. The guy sent me a Waybill, which he said I should print and give to the courier guy with the parcel when he comes to collect, which I did. Since then, the guy (the owner of Tribe Group Herbal) is not taking my calls nor answering my WhatsApp messages. When I phone with a different number, he answers and when he realizes it is me, he makes up some excuse and hangs up. In order for my calls to be answered, I have to phone with a different number all the time. I am beginning to think that I have been conned and if this continues I will be opening a ***** case at the police station. If he was taking my calls and/or answering my messages, I wouldn't worry so much.
