Describing their service as disgusting is actually a compliment

I visited this place on the 29th of September 2024 and received the most terrible service. After complaining about it on Google, they did not had the decency to admit they made a mistake and said sorry about it - only said that their bad service was not intentional, REALLY!! -, but blamed me and said that I called the personnel "retards". I know now why this place gives such disgusting service as their management likes to throw ***** at you that you did not do. When I receive bad service and call their personnel ***********, they take it up as retards... Maybe the shoe fits?? They should work on their customer service AND after customer service!!!
