Tribe afrique ********

It baffles me on how can a business invest so much in marketing just to de***** people. I made a purchase via mobicred on 24/11/2022. I didn't receive an order number or anything from Tribe Afrique, but my account was debited. I started to follow up around the 4th of December via Instagram, but they chose to ignore me. On a second attempt I opted to initiate a call via Instagram, they just responded with their whatsapp number. I tried that whatsapp number, I got a confirmation that they received my order and it's with the courier. After a couple of follow ups, I requested for a reversal of the transaction, their response was that they will follow up with their courier. To date 09/01/2023 I have not received the goods and no refund. Also turns out that they are not operating from the location they listed. Judging from the reviews, they are a bunch of ********.
