Tribe afrique run by arrogant ****mers

On the 04 October 2023 i placed an order. I later received an email stating that the price on their system is wrong. I was given an "option" of either paying the "the correct amount" or cancel the order. Of which i opted to cancel. I sent them my banking details for a refund and they went radio silent on me. I then placed another, which to this date they have not contacted me. I called them to get feedback on the said orders, i was met by an arrogant man on their side who lacked basic customer service. He sated that they are still investigating on how "i managed to change prices on their system" meanwhile they have my money with them. I asked them to refund me since they are earning interest on the money i paid and they do not intend on fulfilling the order. His response was that they cannot do that as they are investigating. How i managed "to change prices on their website" still baffels me. At this point i should just accept that i have been ****med. LESSON LEARNED
