Tribe Afrique is Run by Immature arrogant people who dont know how to deal with customers

It is sad that when you try to support companies and then you are met with disrespect and arrogance ... i order a sweater from them which i received the tracking number and when i tracked it was at the johannesburg depot and the delivery is suppose to be delivered in johannesburg this was on the 11 june 2020 today 18 june i call them to find out what is happening with my order because the tracking details are still saying the same thing it said on the 11th .. the told me they called no one picked up so they ddnt deliver the will deliver tomorrow between 9 and 3 pm its 3:15 pm 19 june and still i havent received my order and when i called them they told .. this is how they work and i told what i know is a courier depot calls you in the morning to tell you that they are delivering on that and i ddnt receive a call and he said to they dont call ill see them when they arrive .. the guy who was i was talking has no manners and nor does he respect customer .. they say we get out stuff 3-5 days now its 8 days and they dont wanna take responsibility ....... now when i call they are not picking up ..............
