Pathetic Service

I placed a order on the week of 25 July, I received confirmation that my order is confirmed, I followed up in the second week of August and to this day I am still awaiting my order. I followed up again this morning and was told they will send my tracking number when they open today and I am still waiting for my tracking number. I am highly disgusted as I have paid and I have to follow up but still lack of communication and honesty, if you want your money to be taken for nothing then support this business. Because they will just take you for a ride.
