Diluted Earl Grey Tea

My mother and I had lunch at Tribakery Blue Route Mall last Friday and afterwards ordered a pot of Earl Grey Tea to share.<br> So the waitress brings us the pot and two cups. She puts one teabag in but fills the pot with hot water. When we asked her why the tea was so weak she tells us we wanted to share and if she put in a second teabag we would be charged for it. Go figure the logic in this, I cant... The tea was non-existent.....
