Triangle Trust Recon of statements no support

I have been under administration since 2010 paying a monthly installment of R1000.00 i believe i have a total of debt repayment of about R60 000.00 i started querying my account since 2015 as i got a little worried as i requested a statement on my account just to see no difference in my balance. Mnr Swanepoel contacted me on the 19.01.2016 about my query -and suddenly a new pair of rules/ regulations was explained to me.i believe have to be paid up. he explained to me about the percentage that each and every creditor is to be received every 3. i was months-again it was the first i was inform about that. he said that i have a attitude and that i must try to pay the creditors with the lowest balance myself. now my question is-why did i put myself under admin if i could have paid my accounts myself. i believe that whenever i ask questions they feel i am a nuisance. i ask for a recon on my account since 09/07/2015 but with no LUCK.I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP IN THIS REGARD.
