No maternity benefits received

I went through a company called Triangle HR in vereeniging, to claim maternity benefits. <br> <br> On 11 January 2016 I sent all completed forms requested by Triangle HR in order for them to claim maternity benefits from the Department of Labour since my maternity leave started on 1 Jan 2016. I also made a payment to Triangle HR on 08 Dec 2015 of R300 for them to process my claim and ensure that I get unemployment benefits payment. (case number ***)<br> <br> Since then I have not received any money for my maternity benefits. Every time I query as to the progress of my claim, I get no feedback or just excusses. I am returning to work in 3 weeks time and have not received any money for the time I have been on maternity leave without pay. The customer service from this company is terrible and it does not seem if they care or that I will even receive any payment at all. I have to keep calling them and then I receive no valid feedback as to why my money has not been payed yet.<br> <br> I have also referred 3 friends to the same company for maternity benefits and they are also struggling with the same problem.<br> <br> I am fed up and need my money as I am on 3 months maternity leave without any pay.
