Booking Query and Late / no delivery

I moved on Saturday, 28 November 2015. I booked a trailer on 18 November 2015 already and received an email stating so. However when I wanted to confirm a time and place, I found it impossible, I phoned about 11 or 12 times(even on the day from 06h30), I sent emails. The 27th late afternoon I finally got hold of Bart, he said he is out of trailers, when I said I had a booking, he said he would get back to me, which he did not do. Only at 08:19 the 28th was I called back and told he now had a trailer for me, this after I sped around the northern suburbs looking for a trailer that morning.
