Poor Unfair Treatment

Owner refused my refund at her establishment,unforseen circumstances occured where I was forced to take my 2 children with to stay at this Bed Breakfast .Upon arrival after I requested a bigger room in which the owner refused to accommodate my family suggesting that my kids must share a small mattress on a tiles floor in a small room in which we were going to sleep . The owner was not transperent when they sent the initial quote to inform us of their absurd cancelation policy . The CPA act states that a consumer has the right to cancel at any to time deemed even if the service rendered is not satisfactory to suits my needs . Triangle Bed and Breakfast in Adelaide Eastern Cape practice is not fair nor consumer friendly . How can they with hold an entire R800 without me occupying their room it's unheard .
