Die huur sla maandliks ****ant aan jou oorbetaal word. Ons gaan ook lugreelings in die kamers insit end it gaan dan daar bly sou ons die dag weer aan beweeeg. Hoop jy vind ond aansoek goed gunstig. Groete They have removed all the air conditioners, left the house with the grey and orange that they painted it to suite his company colours. All the marks where the air conditioners have been removed - there to proof. They have also damaged the ceiling in the one room in order to install an air con. The DB boards were opened and tampered with - items removed from DB board as confirmed by the Electrician who gave the COC not long before they moved in. Drains are blocked - they were back on the premises to fix it - it is not fixed yet. Shower head in one shower has been removed. Outside toilet no longer works. All the time the owner said he will have it fixed by the first weekend in February - nothing has happened. On 8 August 2016 the owner wrote to me and this was included in his writing: * Ons het gras geplant en uit geverf. (When they moved there was NO grass in sight) * Electriese hek motor, stoor aan die kant gemaak goed weg gery. (They have removed the electic gate motor. I have pictures of the bakkie that removed the gate motor. * Swembad herstel. * Plek weer uit geverf. * Lugreelings in gesit. (All of this was removed)
